Part time AM Baker/Prep Cook

We are seeking a hourly part-time, AM Baker/Prep Cook to join our Kitchen team. Days and hours would include 6am-2pm Thursday-Saturdays

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and bake each mornings pastries, salads, and other dishes

• Set-up, manage, and break-down prep stations

• Track and prepare recipes as assigned by Kitchen Manager

• Assist with daily kitchen tasks, such as dish washing, order receiving, and dry storage organization
  

  JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Professional kitchen/bakery experience preferred (1-3 years)

• Ability to lift and carry 40 pounds

• Current ServSafe certification

Farm Crew Member- Part Time

We are seeking a hourly, seasonal Farm crew member to join our team this Summer/Fall. 
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pack shed: wash, sort, grade, package and label produce, track inventory of production

• Greenhouse: seeding crops, transplanting, watering, trellising, harvesting

• Gardens: soil prep, planting, cultivation, watering, weeding, harvesting

• Cleaning, sanitizing, organizing equipment and materials

• Helping pack CSA orders and stocking the farm store

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Some experience working on a farm or in professional gardens (preferred, but not required)

• Ability to work at pace in all weather and temperatures

• Ability to bend and reach repeatedly for extended period of time

• Ability to lift and carry 50-lbs

The Farm Crew position is part time, hourly, and seasonal with expected workdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays 8am-3pm.

Farm Store Supervisor- Part Time

We are seeking a part time, hourly Farm Store Supervisor who will be responsible for the weekly farm store and customer service. This job will require some cashier hours. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Setup and breakdown of farm store each day

• Work with kitchen manager to stock shelves, label, and create displays of product

• Rotate products keep track of expiration dates and inventories. 

• Work with team for ordering and receiving 

• Update pricing, promotional materials, chalkboards and other farm store needs

• Work cashier position as needed

• Maintain cleanliness of the farm store including floors, shelves, storage areas and bathrooms

• Restock retail items in their designated areas

• Assist team with other duties as assigned

• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least one year previous experience in retail or food service. Management experience a plus but not required

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Flexibility to work weekends

The Farm Store Supervisor position is part time, hourly, and seasonal. The days needed are Thursdays 10am-6pm, Fridays 7am-3pm, Saturdays, 6am-2pm

Part Time Dishwasher/Prep Cook

We are seeking a part time, hourly Dishwasher and Prep cook who will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards of dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and work areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Wash dishes, pots, and pans by hand as needed

• Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are clean and sanitized

• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen including floors, walls, and trash areas

• Dispose of garbage and recycling according to procedures

• Restock clean items in their designated areas

• Assist kitchen staff with basic prep tasks and other duties as assigned

• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• No formal education required; high school diploma or GED preferred

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus but not required

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
